Let Only Service - An Overview

This level includes visiting your property, discussing your requirements and agreeing a rental price. We advertise for tenants in local papers, our window display and on rightmove.co.uk.

Once we have found a tenant for your property we will reference them and credit check them accordingly.

Managed Service - An Overview

This will include all the points from the let only service, however we will be acting as the landlord throughout the tenancy. Should any issues or problems arise the tenant will contact us and not you. We will then solve the issue for the tenant on your behalf. It is essential an inventory is carried out on managed properties, so at the end of the tenancy there can be no discrepancies over the condition of the property. Quarterly inspections are also advised.

We cannot guarantee the rent for you however we can recommend policies for you to take out.
