From there we can arrange to pick you up if you like and take you to the property to show you around. If you wish to go ahead with a property you will have to pay a £200 holding deposit down to secure the property. An application form will need to be filled, in order to be referenced.

This referencing can take as little as 48 hours. In some instances you may need a guarantor. Should this situation arise we can discuss this in more detail with you. We will also need a copy of your passport or driving licence and a utility bill no more than six months old.

Once each tenant has passed the referencing we will require a move in date and on that day we will require you all to sign a tenancy agreement and a standing order mandate. Monies required on move in day are to be paid by CASH or BANKERS DRAFT.
